This book was a game changer for me! I highly recommend it to anyone living with past/current trauma (which are most of us), or anyone working with/healing survivors of trauma. This book is full of useful information on how trauma changes our brain chemistry, how trauma is stored in our bodies and how we feel the impact of trauma in our bodies everyday. It also provides many techniques on how to heal from trauma using holisitc methods (yoga, mediation, EFT, EMDR, and much, much more). This book may be beneficial to anyone suffering from a mental health disorder as well as anyone who wants to learn more about themselves and heal. This book is somewhat of a difficult read.

This book is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice or treatment. If you are in need of support, please reach out to me or your nearest mental health provider.
