Group Therapy
Telehealth Group Therapy Sessions
Group sessions are available for women and girls who are experiencing emotional and/or mental health challenges or who just want to improve their overall mental health and well-being. Sessions are offered virtually via Teletherapy/Skype.
During group sessions, we will focus on improving mindset, learn positive strategies to express feelings, as well as improve coping skills and increase self-esteem.
My therapy approach is client centered and mindfulness based and incorporates a holistic approach, that all components of ones’ life are interrelated. I utilize principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to bring awareness to ones thoughts and feelings, Psychodynamic Therapy to help find old patterns and increase self-knowledge, as well as Somatic Therapy, which includes the mind-body connection.
