Mental Health Therapy

Individual services are provided for women and girls who are experiencing emotional and mental health challenges and for those who are interested in improving their overall well-being.  Sessions are offered virtually via teletherapy.

During your session, we will connect to past traumas and issues at core to change self-destructive habits, repair and improve relationships and work through painful feelings in order to have a meaningful life.

My therapy approach is client centered and mindfulness based and incorporates a holistic approach, that all components of ones’ life are interrelated. 

I utilize various approaches of psychotherapy to bring awareness to ones thoughts and feelings, to help find old patterns and increase self-knowledge, and to help better understand the mind-body connection.
